How is the hotel catering organized? Regional and seasonal products are prioritized, and organic or fair-trade products are also used. The steak comes from sustainable farming, the breakfast egg from the neighbouring farmer, and the jam perhaps from fruit from the hotel\u2019s own garden.<\/p>\n

Social Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

Employees play a crucial role in sustainably operating hotels: fair pay, fair treatment, appreciation, and opportunities for further training are important criteria. Additionally, hoteliers ensure a variety of employment opportunities, leading to higher regional income and enhanced social status.<\/p>\n

Economic and Community Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n

When we choose a sustainable hotel, we don\u2019t just choose comfort, tasteful furnishings, and regional cuisine. We choose authenticity, a family atmosphere, and the economic strengthening of the holiday region. Sustainable hotels contribute to the local economy by sourcing locally and providing jobs, thereby supporting community development.<\/p>\n
